Extending Interests through Extra Curricular Activities
Throughout the year the children will be offered a variety of incursion and excursion opportunities,
extending on interests and events as part of our curriculum.

Pathways to Readiness
This is an additional program, specially curated by our service owner/ECT. Children work in small and whole groups to foster concept learning and further phonetical awareness through songs, print, visual, games and more.

School Readiness delivered by qualified ECT
Government approved school readiness program, delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

Language Program
Fostering inclusivity, we will learn basic words and phrases in different languages. This also develops cultural awareness and empathy by learning about other cultures. These advantages lead to a deeper connection to heritage.

STEM
Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics. STEM is an educational approach that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. It aims to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy through hands-on activities and a cross-disciplinary approach to learning.

Community involvement & excursions
Engagement with our local community including excursions, incursions, school visits, police and fire brigade visits, dental checks, STEPS vision screening and many more opportunities. We offer the children with the opportunity to visit local businesses to extend on our educational program and maintain connections with our local community.

Yoga & Meditation
Opportunities to relax, calm and focus.Yoga and meditation offer children numerous benefits, including improved physical fitness like strength and flexibility, enhanced emotional regulation, and greater focus and concentration. These practices help reduce stress and anxiety, boost self-esteem, and improve social skills by encouraging self-awareness, empathy, and respectful interaction with peers.

Music and Movement
As part of our daily routine, children engage in a variety of opportunities to further foster creative expression through movement. A variety of genres are explored including music from different cultural backgrounds.

Munch and Move
Munch and Move Approved Menu with onsite meals prepared fresh daily. Supporting children’s health and physical development through a variety of play based and fun activities. This program includes healthy habits, fundamental movement skills, creating positive and good habits for their future.

Becoming Chefs program
A fun and interactive cooking program, for children to learning all about good nutrition, promote healthy eating habits, and a willingness to try new foods. Cooking also develops cognitive and developmental skills like math and language through counting and reading recipes. Cooking builds confidence, creativity, fine motor skills, and a sense of accomplishment.

Garden to Plate Program
Our gardening program supports children in developing their knowledge and understanding of good nutrition while caring for and growing their own produce.

Sustainability Program
Exploring sustainable practices within our garden, curriculum and kitchen. Here we learn to reuse, reduce, recycle and compost. Sustainability programs benefit children by fostering environmental responsibility and building lifelong eco-friendly habits.

Here our parents have access to a variety of resources to support them in their parenting journey. Informative resources are also displayed throughout the service.
