Meet our Director - Litsa
Litsa is a Qualified Early Childhood and Primary Teacher with over 33 years’ experience in the education field. Litsa is also the service Approved Provider and Nominated Supervisor, ensuring high quality practices and standards are implemented daily, guiding and developing her team of qualified and experienced educators.
I am inspired and guided in my practice by the Reggio Emilio philosophy and strongly believe in the environment as the third teacher. I encourage my educators to be creative when curating their learning environments to foster children’s sense of wonder and imagination. I believe play-based learning allows children to develop their sense of agency and autonomy. I also foster the development of foundational skills through guided learning based on child’s individual needs.
My career in education began over 33 years ago when I began my Diploma studies. After gaining hands on experience working in early education, I then began my university studies completing my Bachelor of Teaching (ECT) 0-8 years. After completing my degree, I continued working in a long day care setting before transitioning to primary teaching in the public system where I gained 7 years’ experience working in lower primary. This experience has given me ample opportunities and experience to understand the how to support children in preparing for their transition from Preschool to Kindergarten.
I have development my own personal style of teaching, supporting children’s self-help skills, independence and sense of agency while also providing a program that develops foundational skills, ensuring a smooth transition to school. I believe this learning and development begins from our youngest learners, implementing educational programs right from the beginning in our nursery room, implemented by my highly qualified, experienced and caring educators.

Our Assistant Director
& Educational Leader - Ebony
My name is Ebony, and I am the assistant director and educational leader at Kids Kindy Early Learning Centre.
With 14 years of experience in early childhood education, I began as a Certificate III trainee, earned my diploma, and am now completing my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood).
Over my career, I have held various roles and have served as Educational Leader and 2IC at Kids Kindy for the past five years. I am passionate about early childhood education and enjoy mentoring our team to inspire innovation and support each educator to be the best they can be.
Our Amazing Educators
Kids Kindy Early Learning has a team of skilled educators with approved Diplomas and Certificate 3 qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Long-standing staff maintain consistent, high standards focused on child protection and safety. Management and administration actively support quality practices and positive interactions with children.
Our team includes a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher and a Diploma Educator working toward a Bachelor’s degree, who also serves as our Educational Leader.
Educators hold Diploma and Certificate 3 qualifications, and trainees are currently pursuing their Certificate 3 qualification.
